Heartbit was the second blog, and the smaller, more personal of the two, published on WordPress. It began just as Super Dok was winding down, and the subject moved with it — family first, with food, everyday life, a little travel, and a handful of health posts alongside. The posts were signed AmyMD, the informal counterpart to Super Dok's full byline.
The last Heartbit post went up on April 20, 2010 — the final post of either blog, and the start of a sixteen-year quiet. The old address, heartbit.randyamy.com, is gone from the internet; the complete Heartbit is preserved here, first post to last, together with the comments readers left at the time — nothing missing.
