I had a patient one day who is a palm reader. She offered to read my palm for me to know something about my future. I hesitated for a while but later on I gave in. Im not really fond of doing this, in fact it was my first time. I told myself it was just for fun, nothing really serious.

She started by telling me a little about my past. Well, I was amazed because most of her words were true! So I asked her if she really knew me. She answered "No, doctor, I am just reading from your palm!" Then she started pointing to some lines in my hand where she "read" those messages. She explained to me what each of those lines mean. Later on she started reading my "future". Oh! They were the best words that I heard for years that I didn't realize I was already crying out of joy and happiness. Of course it was just a prediction! But at least they were really good except for one...my soon to be illness. And this is where the green tea enters. She told me to drink green tea as prevention for this illness.

Green tea is an herbal medicine popular in the Chinese and Japanese community. It is believed that it can cure any kind of illness and it is also effective in losing weight. It contains an anti-oxidant compound which is effective in counteracting the free radicals in the body and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. It also helps in lowering the bad cholesterol (LDL) blood levels.
